What is your Holiday Shipping Schedule?
Our Holiday Shipping Deadline for U.S. Orders (of items in stock) is Friday, December 18th.
Holiday Shipping cutoff for International Orders (of items in stock) is Friday, December 11th.
How much does shipping cost?
Domestic Orders (Orders shipped within the United States):
The Pokey Pup offers Standard shipping options via the US Postal Service. Either First Class or Priority Mail is the preferred standard delivery method at The Pokey Pup for all domestic orders. Please allow 5-7 business days for Standard shipping of in-stock items. We also provide Flat Rate Priority Mail Shipping which is $10.95 for up to 15 items.

International Orders:
All international orders are shipped either via USPS Air Mail or Global Priority Mail. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping to Canada and Mexico of in-stock items. Please allow 6-30 business days for all other international shipping of in-stock items.
International Shipping charges (Except Canada and Mexico) are as follows: $5.00 per shipment and $2.95 for each item.

When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of order Monday thru Friday. When a title is out of stock, there may be a slight delay in shipment, but rarely more than a week. In most cases, we will send you an e-mail to let you know if there's going to be a delay in any part of your order. Please contact us if you have any questions on the status of your order.
Do you ship to addresses outside of the United States?
Of course we do, The Pokey Pup believes that cool people from around the world should listen to great music! International shipping charges are listed above. Customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees applied by the destination country.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Only residents of the state of Georgia will be charged a sales tax.
Can you include personal messages on gift orders?
Yes. We will be happy to include your personal message on gift orders. There is no extra charge for this service. We also offer gift wrapping service for $5.00 per order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
The Pokey Pup sells products that we love and we stand firmly behind them. We offer a no-nonsense 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold at pokeypup.com. If for any reason you or your child is not happy with any of our products, you can return or exchange the item by simply contacting us within 30 days of purchase a return authorization number.
The full purchase price for the actual product will be credited to you. The Pokey Pup will provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable. Additionally, return shipments cannot be sent COD.

What payment methods does The Pokey Pup accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Money Orders/Cashiers Checks, and sometimes organic peanut butter doggie treats.
Is it safe to shop at pokeypup.com with a credit card?
The Pokey Pup realizes how important security is for our customers, so we have taken great measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of ordering information such as credit card numbers, addresses and personal data. Our secure online ordering is through Yahoo! Merchant Solutions. The Pokey Pup's Yahoo! store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time The Pokey Pup asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers (and guarded by a wild pack of dogs).

Absolutely! If you want to place a special order for a CD, DVD or Book please contact us and we should be able to get it for you. Also, if you have any suggestions for new items for the Pokey Pup to carry please let us know as well.
Will you carry my CD, DVD, Product?
Maybe. The Pokey Pup works day and night to offer a unique selection of high-quality family music. So,if you are an independent artist or record label with something that you think is right for The Pokey Pup, then contact us to see what we can do.
